10. How much I can top up every time? Do I need to pay any transaction fees?

Minimum top up for MOBILE WALLET is RM10 which will then be converted into *MW10 (MOBILE WALLET e-money currency), with a maximum top up limit of *MW200. A nominal charge of * MW0.50 for each and every successful transaction * Refer #13

11. Where can I top up?

You can top up at MAYBANK CDM, AMBank Online or cash deposit machines nationwide, RHB Bank Online, Carrefour, One Pay , e-pay retailer and MW Kiosk or cash payment over the counter at Mobile Wallet Headquarters .

12. How can I cash out my existing/balance MW money?

You can do so by:
a) Sending an SMS command(please refer to the guidebook) and activate the cash-out option, Or

b) You can cash out by logging into your MW-Account online and initiate cash-out payment via direct bank-in into your account of choice. There will be a 7-days grace period for the processing of payment and a nominal fee of 2% will be charged from your MW-Account upon successful transaction.
